The 7 1/4" gauge Gorse Blossom Miniature Railway (Devon) seen during a visit in August 1990.

This railway leisure park opened in 1984 and consisted of nearly a mile of track squeezed into a relatively small area. It was located high up on a hill overlooking Newton Abbot. Much of the equipment previously operated on a line at Buckfastleigh. Other attractions here included a G-scale layout, picnic areas, woodland walks, playground and even a separate drive-your-own 7 1/4" train!

The park closed in 2006 and the equipment was sold off.
