The 10 1/4" railway at Knebworth House seen on various occasions during the early/mid 1990s.

The railway first opened in 1991 and replaced the earlier 2ft gauge line which had operated on a different site at Knebworth since the 1970s.

The line has 800 yards of track with balloon loops at either end giving a round trip of just under a mile. Track is 9lb/yard steel rail on steel sleepers.
